Global mid-market companies that elevated at least one woman to senior management

Catalyst, a prominent global research think tank, found that while women are present in management positions, they frequently lack the power to make significant changes.

As presented in the Catalyst 2020 Women in Management report, there is evidence that disproportionate representation between men and women in power is still grossly widespread.

Even though women make up almost half of the labor force, it is important to note that only a third are managers. This discrepancy, and what it means for the upward trajectory of women to executive status, is no longer acceptable. And something must be done.
